PLEASE NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY SPARROW APP/SPARROW TRAVEL!!!!

Myself & 11 others decided to participate in the three peaks challenge for charity in Sept' 2019. SparrowAPP were to pick us up from Glasgow airport and drive us to 3 mountains over a period of 24 hours. They were over 2 hours late picking us up from Glasgow airport. They drove us to the bottom of Ben Nevis, speeding down roads, shouting out the windows at other drivers all whilst using their phones. Once at Ben Nevis, the drivers told us that they were unable to wait for us to climb the mountain and weren't told by their boss about driving us to all 3 mountains. They said they still wouldn't be able to stay. 5 hours later, we completed the hike at Ben Nevis at 1am, to find all our things tipped onto the floor in the carpark NO MINI BUS TO BE SEEN! Sub-zero temperatures, we tried calling their phones, our numbers BLOCKED! The nearest town was 4 miles away, ALL hotels in the nearest town were full. We were unable to complete challenge and ABANDONED by the drivers who we paid UPFRONT!
